·        FOB price (please specify port of shipment), & CFR Aqaba Seaport.

·        Payment terms to be CAD (Cash Against shipping Documents) upon the customer's request.

·        Delivery period (lead time + shipping)

·        Validity period of your offer to be for 90 days from May 1st , 2012.

·        Country of origin.

·        Approximate weights & dimensions of packed items.

·        Please provide technical data sheets.

·        Legalization charges.

·        Kindly prepare the offer in the name of the client.

·        To agree to Include our commission, and we will confirm the value later.

·        In case of an order, the original invoice and the Certificate of Origin must be stamped and signed by the Chamber of Commerce & the Jordanian Embassy at the Country of Origin- please advise cost.

·        To include 1% of the total order value as governmental charges and fees to be paid to the ministry of finance in Jordan, so please include this cost in your prices and confirm.
