Please provide us your offer as per below item/s on or before SEPTEMBER 15, 2012 with the following information:

(a) CIF Cost/Weigh of the item

(b) Validity of your offer

(c) Lead time

General Terms and Conditions:

1. Please indicate the corresponding RFQ No. on your quotation.

2. If any change in the part numbers or in the item description, indicate such changes in the quotation and provide a confirmation letter from the manufacturer or a catalog copy to avoid future changes in the purchase order.

3. Your quotation must include delivery of material to our Addar Office in Riyadh unless specified.

4. Lot pricing is unacceptable. Each item should to be priced separately by issue unit. Your quotation must specify any minimum quantities of unit packaging if they do not agree with the quantities requested.

5. For each item, you should quote your firm and best price and advise shortest delivery time.

6. By Royal Order, all foreign materials must show the country of origin by means of label, stamp, typing or by clear engraving on the product itself and not on any covering or packing carton.

7. You must provide a Certificate of Origin attestation from a Saudi Consulate near your area. (for values US$2,500 & above).
